The Federation encourages the promotion of workshops and master-classes aimed at those who wish to improve their instrumental playing, singing, conducting or general musicianship. The sessions would be tailored primarily to the needs of the "host" society, but should be open to all members of societies affiliated to the Federation.

Sessions could include, for example, preparation of contest pieces, choral works, preparation for solo performance, accompanying, balance and intonation, workshops for different instruments or voices, and so on. If your society is interested organising a workshop or training session, please complete and return the following questionnaire (Form W1) no later than 3 months before the date of the workshop.

Y mae’r Ffederasiwn yn cefnogi’r hyfforddiant o weithdai a dosbarthiadau meistr sy’n anelu at y rhein sydd eisiau gwella’u sgiliau offerynnol, canu, arwain, neu gerddorol cyffredinol. Byddai’r sesiynau’n gysylltiedig ag anghenion y gymdeithas ‘gartref’, ond dylai fod yn agored i bob aelod o gymdeithasau sy’n aelod o’r Ffederasiwn.

Gallai’r sesiynau’n cynnwys, er enghraifft, paratoadau ar gyfer cystadlaethau, repertoire corawl, perfformiadau unigol, cydbwysedd a thonyddiaeth, gweithdai ar gyfer gwahanol offerynnau yn cynnwys offerynnau taro, ac yn y blaen.
