Tŷ Cerdd is recruiting a Grants and Projects Assistant for 15 hours per week to join our small-but-dynamic staff team.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Grants and Projects Assistant to manage the day-to-day administration of Tŷ Cerdd’s funding programmes.
The role will work closely with the Head of Finance and Administration and will be responsible for ensuring that applications, decisions, payments and completion reports are administered accurately and efficiently.
A key part of the role will be maintaining and developing our funding database and workflow systems. Tŷ Cerdd manages its funding process through Airtable, supported by Fillout forms. The successful candidate will therefore need strong database and systems-‑management skills, with the confidence to work with, maintain and improve digital processes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys creating order, improving systems and supporting colleagues, while communicating clearly and helpfully with applicants and partners.
Alongside the funding administration work, the postholder will also provide administrative support for a range of Tŷ Cerdd projects. This may include managing event registrations, updating website content, arranging travel and accommodation, and supporting the administration of events, meetings and other project activity.
