Hors d'oeuvres presents 12 solo works by composer Gareth Churchill which provides a characterful portrait of his singular voice. The three sets of pieces presented are: Elemental Studies, Compass Points, and the eponymous Hors d'oeuvres.
We're delighted to present these concentrated miniatures, written over seven-year period, together so that their individual flavours may combine to form a veritable smorgasbord, platter or buffet for your ears. Grab a plate, amuse your bouche, and why not enjoy... an hors d'oeuvre.
