Once your Tŷ Cerdd Lottery project has concluded, you will need to submit a completion report to release the remaining balance of the grant.

We will need you to do the following:

• Complete the correct Project Completion Report form:

Create - Project Completion Report

Engage/Inspire - Project Completion Report​

 

• Complete the right hand side of your original budget & location document

• ​​Complete the portal with some additional information about your organisation and project

• Upload your Project Completion Report and budget & location document to the appropriate field

• Submit your report.

You will be able to return to the portal unless you use a private browser window, like Incognito mode on Google Chrome. You must also use the same browser and device to resume your form submission.
