TÅ· Cerdd Completion Report

Once your TÅ· Cerdd Lottery project has concluded, you will need to submit a completion report to release the remaining balance of the grant.

We will need you to do the following:

  • Complete the Project Completion Report form

  • If you were awarded funds after March 2023 you should fill out the 'Completion Figures' section of your original budget

  • If you were awarded funds before March 2023 fill in the budget & location document 

  • Complete the upload form with some additional information about your organisation and project

  • Attach your Project Completion Report and budget & location document to the appropriate field

  • Submit your report.

You will need to fill in the upload form in one session, so we suggest you get everything you will need to complete it before you start, such as â€‹details about the project (name, start date, end date etc).

The upload form can be viewed as many times as you need to before filling it in.
