Darren Fellows 1975

​Darren Fellows was born in North Yorkshire and studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and the Royal Academy of Music. His music has been performed throughout the UK and in France, Japan, Finland and the USA by renowned artists including Håkan Hardenberger, Alison Balsom, Allen Vizzutti and Tine Thing Helseth and is published by Schott, Warwick Music and De Haske. With a CD of his fresh new arrangements of nursery rhymes reaching number 2 in the Amazon children’s album chart, Darren’s music continues to be eclectic and exciting.


Much of Darren’s time is dedicated to music education and he focuses his expertise in working with young people, He has been commissioned by local authorities and has extensive experience in running workshops for people with learning difficulties or physical disabilities. Darren has also been a visiting speaker for the MA Arts Management course at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
