Accompanied by new Welsh music throughout, we will astound you with our unique, joyful psychedelic spectacle.
When the Dragons Came Back to Wales is a grand re-imagining of our 2023 tour in which a young girl, spending the summer with her grandparents somewhere in a Welsh valley, makes a kite-like dragon for the local carnival…. until a storm hits and havoc takes over leading to global consequences!
With another original score composed and recorded by Lenny Sayers and our ensemble of Wales’ top classical musicians drawn from BBC NOW and WNO amongst others.. Our dancers will interchange puppetry and circus, constantly changing the scale of the performance to create a beautiful, hopeful and joyful show.
UFO explores the modern myths of UFO and Alien visitations in Wales. What links Pentre Ifan, Bardsey Island and Broadhaven? A long history of UFO visitations! Using Wales’ best performers, "UFO" is told through dance, circus, puppetry and illusions.
The soundtrack comes from Wales-based composer Lenny Sayers and Welsh composer Stafford Bawler. Recorded by classical musicians from BBC NOW and WNO, Stafford joins them on Theremin ,
