CALL: The Stonewall LGBTQ+ Leadership Programme

Stonewall’s flagship LGBTQ+ leadership programme is a unique opportunity to invest in talent and drive inclusion at work. This programme, facilitated by Stonewall's CEO Simon Blake, offers 25 leaders six months of specialist support to grow their confidence, develop leadership skills and expand their network. 

We're excited to share that our next programme will start on 20 October 2026 and applications are open until 22 September. 

We are delighted to confirm that we have secured funding towards a limited number of bursaries to support LGBTQ+ people based in Scotland and Wales to attend the programme.
