This trust has been set up to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in the UK in all its aspects. Amongst other things it offers a variety of scholarships, bursaries, exhibitions or maintenance allowances, tenable at any school, university or other educational establishment approved by the Trustees, to persons resident in the UK in respect of their musical education. If you think that the Trust may be able to assist you, please apply to the Secretary at: Cranbourne, 14 Castle Ave, Dover, Kent CT16 1EZ. So far, awards have ranged between £500 and £10,000. The Trustees meet to adjudicate on applications about 3 times a year.
