Composer, performer, and multi-instrumentalist, Stacey Blythe has performed all over the UK and in America. She writes regularly for the Welsh National Opera's max department and has been nominated for a Paul Hamlyn Foundation Composer Award.

Stacey performs with Ffynnon and the Welsh folk duo Elfen and has toured and recorded as a composer and performer with artists including Maria Hayes, Dylan Fowler, Julie Murphy, Meredith Monk, poets such as Patrick Jones and storytellers including Nick Hennessey.

Originally from Birmingham, Stacey has lived for most of life in Cardiff and is a fluent Welsh speaker. She lectures as a musical director and performance coach at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
