CoDI MENTORS supports Wales-based music-creators with an outside-eye on their creative practice by pairing with leading figures from the UK music scene.

Each partnership, over a series of an in-person and online meetings work together on a defined area of the mentee's practice creating an action plan and priorities for future activity. Mentees received a payment of £100 to cover expenses.
