Rhys Cook joins Tŷ Cerdd team

We are very pleased to announce that Rhys Cook has been appointed as our new Grants and Projects Assistant. They will work closely with the Head of Finance and Administration managing the day-to-day administration of Tŷ Cerdd’s funding programmes.

Rhys is a Welsh cultural worker, with over a decade of experience working within organisations across the music and cultural industries across the UK, and as a freelance creative producer. They are a graduate of Trinity Laban Conservatoire, and the University of Glasgow’s masters programme in Sound Design and Audiovisual Practice.

In addition Rhys is an artist working across music, live performance and creative technology, performing as their artistic persona, Celyn of Gwent.  A songwriter, composer, producer and vocalist, their work has been supported by Arts Council of Wales, Arts Council England, Help Musicians, UK New Artists,  Create and Tŷ Cerdd.  They are a former Roundhouse Resident Artist.
